Incredibly soft, lightweight cotton milled in Hong Kong. Fabric originates from a business that closed in the late 1970’s in Victoria. During that era, Hong Kong was at the forefront of producing fabric for European designers. Trendsetting movie stars made polka dots highly desirable.
The fabric would make a lovely dress or a delicate shirt. Weight and drape similar to cotton lawn.
